- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I know Ray Brooks through our children and their Boy Scout program. My youngest boy was bit by a dog and my deductible was high. I asked Ray about the responsibility of the dog’s owner. I wondered if he could help me. Throughout the process, yes it takes a while especially when insurance is involved, Ray assured me that the law was on our side. He was actually appalled that the woman was denying it and wouldn’t take money up front. In the end, my bills were paid, Ray was paid for his time, and my child was compensated. I am thankful for Ray’s hard work and diligence. He totally came through for us and I recommend him if you are looking for someone to support you and what is right.By lisa mitchell, February 25, 2017
