- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I stopped by at 5pm (an hour before they close) to do an urgent wire transfer after work for my house closing. There were two personal bankers without customers, but i was told nobody was available and i needed to come back the next day. No thank you, i would leave bank of America if all the branches treated customers this way.By Adrienne, September 02, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Possibly the WORST bank of america i have ever been in. All pertaining to the staff there. Even with the bank being under construction, that is even more appealing then being helped by there bankers, tellers managers. No sence of urgency, no professionalism, no genuine customer service, no actual service. Its not the banks make over that needs to happen its the staff's.
